    Order rules

    • Payment must be made before work on the design begins.

    • No refunds will be issued once the design process has started.

    • The client is entitled to only two (2) revisions of the design.

    • The designer reserves the right to publish your design in the store for display purposes only.

    • Requests for free designs are not allowed.

    • Communication with the designer is strictly through tickets

    • The client is fully responsible for any payment and refund fees.

    • We are not responsible for any theft of your product after delivery.

    • Requests for expedited design are not allowed.

    • Once the client approves the design, no further revisions can be made.

    • We are not responsible if you change your decision or perception of the service after a certain period.

    • Modifications to any designs for a different server than agreed upon are not allowed.

    • The order is delivered only once, and any complete redesign after delivery will be charged at the full order price.

    • If a specific logo design is agreed upon, and the client defaults after the design is made, half of the logo's price will be deducted.

    • The design files will not be provided in open formats (e.g., PSD, AI, AEP).

    • If a product is requested and the client leaves Discord, the ticket will be closed and no refund will be issued if the design process has started.

    • العميل يتحمل كامل المسؤولية عن أي رسوم دفع أو استرجاع.

    • نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي سرقة لمنتجك بعد التسليم.

    • يمنع طلب تسريع عملية التصميم.

    • عند موافقة العميل على التصميم، لا يمكن إجراء أي تعديلات إضافية.

    • نحن غير مسؤولين إذا قمت بتغيير قرارك أو رؤيتك للخدمة بعد فترة معينة.

    • يمنع تعديل أي من التصاميم لصالح سيرفر آخر غير المتفق عليه.

    • يتم تسليم الطلب مرة واحدة فقط، وأي إعادة تصميم كاملة بعد التسليم تتطلب دفع سعر الطلب كاملاً.

    • في حال تم الاتفاق على رسم شعار معين وتراجع العميل بعد الرسم، يتم خصم نصف سعر الشعار.

    • لن يتم تقديم ملفات التصميم بتنسيقات مفتوحة (مثل PSD, AI, AEP).

    • في حال تم طلب منتج وغادر العميل Discord، سيتم إغلاق التذكرة ولن يتم استرجاع المبلغ في حال بدء العمل على التصميم.
